Fujitsu Mustek flatbed scanner (Sawbridgeworth CM21)
*A NO SHOW FROM PREVIOUS GUY* A vintage but brand new and solidly built Fujitsu Mustek 1200CP flatbed scanner. Fujitsu are one of the best manufacturers of this sort of tech. I got it on Ebay on the off chance, but, in hindsight, should have asked more questions as I've now found it is not compatible with my Linux OS. The user manual is Windows 95 & 98 focussed, which means it should work on anyone running up to Windows XP (and possibly beyond) - but I can't guarantee that. You'll have to do your own research as to what is compatible. The guy who sold it to me has burnt a CD with the Windows drivers and installation files on it, but I can't test it as I don't use Windows! It comes with a non-UK 2 pin power supply, but 3 pin to 2 pin adapters are easily and cheaply available. Replacement 12V - (minimum) 800mA UK 3 pin power supplies can also be purchased on Ebay for about a tenner. If you bid for this item, please check your Spam/Junk folder regularly as replies often end up there, and I will only deal with Freecyclers who are good communicators.

Cool bag or picnic bag (Sawbridgeworth CM21)
Not the time of year for this perhaps (!), but this colourful bag has served us well for years. Unfortunately, the strap has come off it, but it would be useful for shopping for freezer foods, and/or picnics when/if the weather allows. Free:
Homebrew fermenting vessel (Sawbridgeworth CM21)
Perfect for making the 40 pint kits which are still available online, or from specialist shops. (There was a shop in Dunmow, and one in Bury St Edmunds, at one stage - can't be sure they are still there though). Boots used to sell the kits too, and there are LOADS on Ebay.. I've made probably thousands of pints using this vessel over the years, but not for a while - mainly in my 20s and 30s. Coupled with a homebrew pressure barrel (on Ebay too), this will give you lots of excellent and varied beer from about 40p per pint. What's not to like! If you message me about this, please check your Spam/Junk folder regularly as replies often end up there, and I will only deal with Freecyclers who communicate promptly.

Free:
Stationery bike (Hertford SG13)
It comes with instructions, but I have probably mounted it wrong. At the moment, it works on the "easy" motion. It is fairly heavy, and you would need 2 strong people to take it down from the 4th floor, and a way to transport it home. (I can't help -I don't drive and am disabled)
