The sofa is structurally good and reclining works good, cushions are still fine. The problem are stitches came off one side and leather texture worn out. But usuable with some minor repairs. Let me if you got questions. You can have a look before deciding.

After a big paperwork clearout we have a lot of ring binders, envelope folders, suspension files, and clear filing pockets left over and free to someplace where they will be useful. As much or as little as you can use. I have thrown out the really scruffy ones, but they are not new, and most of the envelope folders have old titles written on them.
