Solid oak sturdy modern platform bed with a ton of storage beneath. Perfect for small bedrooms. Needs a little love with touch up wood stain here and there. Overall good condition. Fromnon smoking home with no pets. Iāve stored it for years but ready to let it go. Comes with a futon that has had a mattress topper so itās in great clean condition. The nice pictures are to give you an idea of what the bed looks like. Itās easy to put together.

Two wood arm chairs with stud detailing and blue leather. I got rid of the table a year ago but held on to these as they are super comfortable with a perfectly positioned curved back. I now need the space for a guest bed so these need to go this week or Iāll drop them to Community Forklift after the weekend. Very sturdy to get up from, they were the only chairs my mom would sit in when she would come because she could get herself raised from them. Fading in the seat, but only noticed up close due to tweedy material.
