HELP NEEDED PLEASE – BUILDING MATERIALS & TOOLS FOR URGENT HOME REPAIRS 🏡🧱🙏🏾 Good morning all, I’m back visiting my home in Sheffield for the summer and am currently trying to single-handedly repair the damage left by my former tenants and slowly make my house safe and liveable again. I’ve recently discovered damage around the chimney/loft area which I urgently need to get repaired before we have heavy rain and it potentially causes further damage, costing me an arm and a leg! I’m reaching out to this lovely community in the hope that anyone may have leftover or unwanted building materials gathering dust in a garage, shed or garden that they’d be happy for me to put to good use. 🧱 TO REPAIR THE CHIMNEY, I NEED: 1. Around 15 standard bricks 2. 1 bag of cement 3. 1 bag of building sand 🛖 TO REPAIR THE GARDEN SHED, I NEED: 1. 1 length of fascia board – approx. 5" wide × 10mm × 5ft 2. Approx. 20ft of 10mm tongue-and-groove timber 3. A bag of clout nails 4. 3 rolls of roofing felt 5. Any spare/offcuts or reusable parts from a standard wooden garden shed – even odd pieces of timber may be useful for the repairs. 🔨 TO BORROW, IF ANYONE CAN KINDLY LEND ME: * Lump hammer * Chisel * Bricklaying trowel I only need to borrow these tools temporarily and will, of course, look after them carefully and return them once the work is completed. I’m not expecting anyone to have everything! Even a few spare bricks, leftover timber or felt, part-bags of usable materials, or simply lending me one of the tools would be a massive help. As I’m doing all of this without a car, anything fairly local would be especially appreciated, although I’ll do my best to arrange collection where possible. Many thanks in advance. I’m truly grateful for anything I can find at this point. Any Cuttings To Propagate For My Garden Or Pots (East Dene S65)
I am attempting to make myself a nice garden! But for as little as possible as money is tight. If anyone has any cuttings that I could propagate to save the cost of plants and seeds I would very much appreciate it. I'm very much new learner, but I have grown some plants this year and it has been such a joy. I'm particularly interested in herbs or other edibles as I'd love to eat what I grow. But also climbers (I have a big blank wall I'd like to cover) and any kind to new gardeners plants :) I'd love something to be active all year around to enjoy. Any tips on getting started from scratch as cheaply as possible would be much appreciated. I live near the allotments in Clifton and wondered if it would be cheeky to go down there and ask for cuttings?

Cherry wood sleigh bed frame King size (continental) (Broomhill S10)
This is an impressive cherry wood sleigh bed frame, standard length. It needs a king-size divan and mattress. Please note that this is a continental king-size bed and not a UK king-sized bed, and is 170cm wide - around 10cm wider than a standard UK double bed. This means that if you have a standard UK king-sized mattress ( as we did), you will either have a gap or use the gap to tuck in your duvet. The bed is disassembled and is in four pieces: the head, the foot and the two sides. There are no slats, so a divan base is required. The bed is in good condition but there are a few scratches. You will need a van and two people to collect ( you will need to carry it downstairs). It is not that heavy, just awkward. Unfortunately, the bed was disassembled before we decided to donate it so there is no photo of it in its entirety.
