Good condition therapy bed. I've been using it but all of a sudden the bed won't fully go flat. This makes it more difficult for storage. I'm sure the arm has just bent and could be straightened out. this is a complete set of Tado heating controls with 4 thermostats, a central controller box and an internet bridge. I took it all out after we had a heat pump installed. Everything was working when it was removed. You will probably want to read up about the system before you decide if you want it.

Pectin for jam making (Norfolk Park S2)
If anyone is doing any jam making in the next couple of weeks, you are welcome to have this 2/3 full bottle of liquid pectin (bought from Beanies). The bottle has been opened on 3 Jan and the instructions say to use it within 14 days. It won't be harmful after that but it might set the jam less well.

Good condition dining Room Suite (S8 Norton Lees)
Yew veneered dining table. 210cm x 100cm fully extended. The middle section can be removed to make table smaller. Two carver style chairs and 4 dining chairs, all recently re-upholstered. Four door cabinet with glass display cabinet on top and corner cabinet; both with mains electric lighting. All in good condition, slight crack on table veneer and one door knob missing that can easily be replaced. Will need a van for removal and a couple of people to lift.
