Snooker table 54 ins ( 1.37 mtr) x 27 ins (69 cms) Needs some sprucing up especially the pocket nets. Balls missing : 1 red yellow and pink There's an extra white ball, presumably for billiards. I think it used to have a black spot. Snooker cue included.

Vaillant natural gas boiler 622/2E (Tetbury GL8)
This Vaillant ecoMAX 622/2E system condensing boiler was replaced September 2024 after 22 years of sterling service and was in full working order when removed. The boiler was fitted new back in 15 November 2002. Component replacements whilst in service include the heat exchanger condensate trap outlet and the ignition electrodes. The boiler is complete except for the 2 connectors used to attach power and thermostat cables to the control PCB and the wall hanging bracket. The cover insulation decomposed and was removed some time ago; the boiler functioned perfectly well without this insulation. Full documentation including (1) instructions for installation & servicing ecoMAX, (2) Flue installation instructions, (3) Instructions for use ecoMAX. The service record / logbook is also included for the first 9 years and the final service (2023-08-22). Good for spare parts etc

From a 2015 Volvo V60. The car was written off when less than 5 years old and after 11 months of ownership so the mats are relatively new. I also have (not shown) the retractable parcel shelf, the boot floor and the luggage nets that fit to the back of the rear seats. All good condition and all to go together.
