40" by 40", 21" tall teak coffee table with three drawers on two of the four sides. Top could use refinishing, but otherwise in good shape. Comes with a foam plastic mat to protect the top. Has a distressed, antique feel. Pick up only - table is heavy and will need at least two people to move.

Brown executive office chair. Arm cushions and faux leather are worn. Height is adjustable and still works, though it will slowly go down over 3 hours and you will need to raise the height again. Chair can tilt back or be locked so it doesn't tilt, and that works fine. Please message with days and time ranges when you can pick up. I am in the apartments near Rowland St and S 1st Ave, Covina, CA. Due to a tragic situation that happened I was very depressed after that didn't work for a year. From airbnb to airbnb I have been working in a Dr's office since may now. And I finally found a forever home for my children to come back to ages 6 and 8. Unfortunately I can not afford any furniture right now . The home does come with a fridge and stove.
