There's also Dr Mark Hyman who's bill and Hillary Clinton's physician -he has quite a few books. he deals with functional medicine which treats with vitamins and supplements. I heard about him online after I went to a Cornell University School of Hotel Administration reunion. The guy that wrote the article had bipolar and changing his diet to dr hyman's managed his symptoms. Dr Hyman has a podcast.

There's the Ultramind Solution on audio which is a change in diet to organic vegetables, fruits and wild caught fight like sardines and salmon which is good for the brain - free range chicken without antibiotics - since it's healthier. I'm giving because I really am enjoying the trashnothing community and I have access to things from the library. I thought I would help. I am currently leading a plant based diet to lose weight. I've been listening to research. Dr Frank Lipman suggests growing organic vegetables yourself in your own backyard because it's more nutritious and it cuts down on gas emissions.
