sorry, forgot to take a pic before dismantling, but this is a SOLID wooden hat or clothes tree, with 4 pegs above, and solid base in shape of an oar (imagine oar "pad" at bottom, some weight, pics give you an idea, same color)...can put together in 5 mins (8 screws). This is sized for a toddler. It comes with three sets of underwear, a small attachment that snaps on the underwear, and a plug-in alarm. The set is supposed to work all together. I can't say for sure that works, but my kids never even used it. It was given to us by a friend.
