A little separation of the laminate in one area, minor spots on chair seat material ( could probably clean). All sold real wood, EXCEPT for the laminate top(easy to clean). Kenmore gas oven (Haggerty and 7 mile)
Available for pickup on Tuesday, July 29 (driveway pickup). Kenmore Model # 790.72312012. This oven is around 10 years old. Recently (the last 2 weeks or so) the oven occasionally doesn’t heat when turned on. (~90% of the time it heats as expected, ~10% of the time doesn’t, then works again the next time we try). The gas burners do consistently work. Based on Googling we are pretty confident replacing the ignition element will resolve the issue (~$115 online, or maybe less if you shop around), but cannot guarantee this. Apart from this issue, it works great - cooks evenly, controls all work. It is clean but not pristine (see photos). Please reply only if actually interested and able to pick up on the 29th. Happy to answer any additional questions.
