Solid oak office chair (East San Jose) The chair is at least 70 years old and fully functional. Solid oak, good rollers, recline and swivel functions work great. We are downsizing and no longer have room for it.

Tv stand / entertainment center (Sunnyvale - Ponderosa Park) Great paint project!! Cherry/mahogany colored entertainment center. Very sturdy but has visible wear and tear. We still have the back - with cable cutouts - but used it unattached. Small tack nails are needed to reattach it. Measures: 60” L x 20” D x 22” H Each section: 18” L x 17” D x 15” H Legs: 3” H
