This HP Scanjet 5590 is in good condition. It has a sheet feeder for A4 originals and can scan 35mm slides and negatives with an adaptor seen in the last three photos. It connects to a PC using a USB cable, and comes with the original instruction book.

This obsolete HP Scanjet 3C scanner is offered before it goes, with some reluctance, into the skip. It takes up to legal (maybe foolscap) documents and can accommodate quite thick books because the lid is on extendable springs. It was originally used by me with a PC running windows 98, as I recall. A card in the PC is probably required to connect to it - I don't have the card, alas.
