From pet and smoke free home. Wear and tear as seen as it's been well used for six years. water marks as pictured. Limp pillows that probably need a restuff. but the double bed pull out bit is in very good condition, and it's a very comfortable sofa and bed which is rare! L shape part can be assembled on either the left or right Will be semi dismantled ready for collected on Sunday 18 October. No time wasters please. My husband can help you load into a large car/van but won't be able to do it all alone.
