Two matching, very sturdy arms chairs, purchased for a big man. They are burgundy leather with hammered nailhead trim but now have these slip covers because the leather is badly scratched. If looking for chairs for a teen basement hangout, these are perfect, just change the covers to match your decor. The chairs measure 36" wide, 40" deep. Located on first floor, then down four steps out the front door.

"Golden" brand power lift chair, brown, gently used and in 100% working order. Goes to zero gravity flat to relieve back aches, have feet higher than heart if needed or to sleep flat like a twin bed.
