Set includes vinyl liner that holds the foam block soft sider frame, eight water bed tubes, quilted zip on mattress cover. Quilted cover is clean with no stains. Bed does not leak, but I also have extra tubes. We were using in directly on the floor, but it can be placed on a platform or pedestal frame.
