Rubbermaid Hoky (Juanita (Kirkland))
This Hoky sweeper has been well loved and used, but it still works great! The edge brushes are worn, and replacement parts are no longer available, but the sweeper is fully functional as is. These are still sold new on eBay for around $50. I recently upgraded to a different brand and would love to pass this one along to someone who can use it. Easy no-contact porch pickup!

Garden Tool Fix-It Night in Ravenna (Ravenna)
Bring your dull and broken garden tools for a night of fixing and community building at the Ravenna Eckstein Community Garden! The community garden is located behind the Ravenna Eckstein Community Center, 6801 21st Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98115. Link: The NE Fixers program, supported by the Department of Neighborhoods’ Matching Fund, aims to share repair skills within local communities. During these free events, community volunteers will be on hand to offer their skills to help fix as well as to sharpen and maintain tools such as garden shears and pruners. Anyone is welcome to attend these repair events! There will be repairs, tool sharpening, and refreshments. If you are interested in being a Fixer for an event, please reach out to our Outreach Coordinator, at outreach@seattlereconomy.org. We would love to have you!
