4' x 6' table made to suit height of 5' 11". Legs can obviously be shortened to accommodate a shorter person or new legs crafted for someone taller. The table was made to order in 1987, a gift from my mother. Sadly it has lain unused since I moved to Glasgow 8 years ago. One leg and base cover need replacing but is not difficult. This is one of the hardest decisions I have ever made as this table was part of my working life for many years and I would like nothing more than for it to find a new home.

He is now too big and I don’t really just want to dispose as it is still useful, just not as a travel cot. You would probably want to buy a slightly thicker mattress.

Large print/text books (Milngavie G62)
My elderly and quite frail father-in-law is an avid reader – reading has been his passion all his life and he used to spend most of his free time reading. A disastrous eye operation a couple of months ago has left him with only one functioning eye and with very limited vision altogether. His is now unable to read regular books and can only read VERY large print/text. I am looking for large print books for him – any language and subject will be considered – the more the better (he is a very fast reader). He is fluent in 5 languages and pretty decent in a couple more, and is interested in EVERYTHING. Happy to collect from anywhere in and around Glasgow. Once read the books will be handed to the local library/charity shop. Many thanks in advance.
