On the curb, on Mammoth Ave between Ventura and Moorpark, placed outside 5/4/25 about 5:30pm Replacing this couch with a larger couch, good condition. Great size for smaller LA apartment living rooms, which is why we got it at our prior apt. Purchased new from Ashley Furniture (~$650) in 2021. Dimensions are: 7’ “wide”, 5’ deep at the chaise/L, 38” deep at the chaise. We have a dog, but used couch covers so only people who are hyper-allergic should have issues. Some minor marks and stains. The chaise/L extension is supported by a separate piece, so pretty easy to move (as essentially a 7’ couch).

The University of California Master Gardeners are giving away free drought, heat, and pest resistant shade trees in 5-gallon containers ready to plant. at the Baker Family Learning Center in San Bernardino from 10am-12pm. The Master Gardeners will also provide tips on planting and caring for your tree to make sure it maximizes its ecosystem benefits. Trees are first quality from a local nursery. Indoor Cabinetry (La Crescenta)
We removed cabinetry from our bedroom walls to make more room. The unit includes cabinets above, a countertop, drawers, and more cabinets on the bottom. The wood and hardware are in great shape, and it would be a shame to put this in the landfill! The back and top of the unit would be formed by the wall and ceiling of the room where it would be installed. The whole structure forms an “L” shape. The dimensions of the countertop are 92” on the long side of the “L", 60” on the short side of the “L”, and 25” deep. The height of the unit is 92", so it goes from floor to ceiling. The color is probably best represented by the photo second from the left on the top row, which was taken with maximum sunlight. The other photos were taken at dusk. The unit would need to be reassembled and is being protected from the sun and rain.
