READ ALL DETAIL PLS! Greenhouse (ME16 - Allington)
PLEASE READ ALL DETAIL, Thank you. Here's one for all you budding gardeners / allotment owners! A friend has recently moved here and they do not require the Greenhouse left in situ and it would seem a terrible shame to break up and skip when I know these are several hundred pounds to buy. It is c.150cm x 180 x 200H. Aluminium frame, with Perspex / plastic sides and roof. (no glass evident, therefore all safety). Sliding door and hinged roof vent window, with no noticeable damage. As you can see, it's located on a hard surface and may be screwed down. Now, THE IMPORTANT BIT! You must be able dismantle this yourself into how many parts you deem suitable to transport, use your own tools and have a suitable vehicle to transport away. Access is good via a side gate to house. Can be flexible over the coming days to facilitate your diary, however NO assistance is available to dismantle etc, so probably minimum two people needed. This needs to be gone ideally by Wednesday 2nd July latest. Please note, pick up is in Allington, just a minute or so from Palace Wood Primary School (ME16 0HB). 1 x 2 seater and 2 x chairs. Brown rattan furniture available with cushions. The frame itself is in great condition, sturdy and still fit for purpose but some of the rattan on the arms and back rest has come apart making it not aesthetically pleasing. Hopefully might do someone a turn. This is well loved furniture that could do the job with a throw over it to cover the imperfections. Collection only.
