We had a Char-Broil "Big Easy" gas grill for many years until it gave in to age. We've a partial bag of lava rocks for heat dissipation, a replacement stainless steel flame shield, a Silicone grill mat, and a never-used Rotisserie kit (model 1520C motor) that came with it. All of these are rather generic parts that should fit most full-size gas grills.

MR16 LED bulbs, most brand new (Petaluma West Side)
Top row: Two barely used 12V 35W-equivalent MR16 bulbs out of our trailer. They were too cool for our use at 6000K. Middle row: I bought a (non-returnable) package of four 12V MR16 bulbs that were said to be "Warm White" at 3000K. They're rated at 5W, equivalent to a 50W Halogen bulb. Three of them are brand new and I used one of them for a short time but found the color too cool to match other nearby bulbs. Bottom row: Three new bulbs (I used the fourth) similar to the row above: 12V 5W 3000K.

I have a lot of pieces of thick insulating felt, made out of shredded fabric. It is about one 1.25 inches thick. It comes wrapped in white plastic and in varying shapes: 13" squares, large rectangles and skinny rectangles. I have enough to cover an area that is 150" x 108". They can also be used for insulation, sound reduction, cushions, pet beds, stuffed animals, homemade coolers, knee pads, etc. I get some every month with a refrigerated delivery of perishable medicine. I have used it to insulate windows in heat waves and in cushions. I have much more than I need.

Free Maytag gas dryer/electric washer laundry unit. 75.25" high x 27.5" wide and 24" deep, plus room for drainage plumbing nearby. Requires 2 outlet plugs, one each for washer and dryer. Current wonky set-up without the stand in the photos is due to the low ceiling height. We've replaced it with an all electric unit in a different area. The washer and dryer mount together on the provided stand - controls are on the dryer front. Installation instructions included. If you want this item, please reply with a contact phone number. It will take a little time to disassemble and move it, so pick up won't be available rimmediately. PLEASE, no flakes - you must want to take this, have the space and gas/electric hook-ups and plumbing to use it, and have a truck or appropriate vehicle to move it.
