Antique , probably mid 1800’s, spindle armchair for someone that wants to restore it. It is structurally sound. Needs new seating and finishing and fixing a scratched area on the seat frame. Lay-Z-Boy sofa, cloth tweed pattern with built-in headrest cushions. Some minor cat claw damage on the front bottom corners, but otherwise in good condition, except you will need to give it a general upholstery cleaning (no stains to worry about - so rest easy). As you can see, it needs to go - it's taking up space in the kitchen!
