Panasonic Flat Bed Microwave (Thornhill WF12)
Flat bed microwave meaning no turntable and therefore large dishes can be accommodated. Quite large. No rust on cabinet. Occasionally cuts out but always fixed by a quick on/off at the plug, has never let us down.

Chaise in need of re- covering/ repair (Halton LS15)
Cream but fabric dirty and ripped so needs re- covering. Also one of the wooden feet has broken off. Can re- arrange them and this will re- screw in place of one of the others slightly off centre. Really comfy though and will be lovely re- furbished. Is in LS15 NOT Garfprth, wont let me change it.

Artificial Christmas tree, a few years old now but still in good shape, we are getting rid as bought a new sofa and it no longer fits in our lounge! Lost a couple of needles but you can't really tell once it's up. See photos. Just Christmas tree, no lights or decorations. It comes with a stand and also the box for the tree itself.
