3 servings jasmine rice and Thai chicken pineapple coconut curry made 4/7 and frozen 4/11 1/2 jar Blue Dragon Thai Red Curry Paste, opened 4/7 1/2 jar mint jelly opened on Easter Sunday. 3 overripe brown frozen bananas good for making banana bread or smoothies with. 1-2 servings of salad made 4/19 (romaine lettuce/tomatoes/green bell peppers/green olives/corn/kidney beans/shredded cheese) Maybe more at a later point.
