Was going to scrap this, but thought I'd ask on here first, on the off chance someone might want to do this as a 'project' - we've used this a lot over the years to move heavier stuff around the garden, but it's just been left in a corner rusting for a while. It will need a good clean up and the wheels will need some WD40 or similar to get them spinning again.
