Good sofa with plenty of life left in it. One side just needs accessing underneath/inside so the seat cushion can be moved back over the springs properly. I don’t know how to do this myself, but I think for someone who knows what they’re doing it would be a fairly straightforward fix and would make a brilliant sofa with years left in it. Free to anyone who can make use of it. Collection only as I’m unable to deliver.

Table still does its job just fine without it and I still have the casing but not the bolts or foot to secure it. It really is a lovely coffee table although may have a few scratches, marks. Dug out the back lawn and moved to the front, there's between 9 and 11 tonnes here, and I was this close to getting a grab hire to come take it away before the wife suggested I put it on here. Large rocks/rubble/bricks were removed at the excavation stage however some smaller pieces may remain, even then, very little! Concrete blocks pictured are not included and have since been removed anyway, no delivery possible however with enough notice I may be around to help you shift some.
