A variety of Seeker series books by Erin Hunter. Suitable for ages 8-12, though young teens would probably enjoy them too. Set in the near future, the protagonists are 4 bear cubs. All these three kinds of bears have forgotten how to be truly “wild”, which is a lesson they must learn as they travel from their BirthDens on the journey of a lifetime.'
