Department 56 Snow Village is a collection of ceramic houses, shops, and other structures, representing small-town America at Christmastime. After many years of collecting, we have downsized and are seeking new homes for our Snow Village pieces. Four pieces are offered here: New School (1986), Toy Shop (1986), Country Quilts and Pie Shop (2001), and 2000 Holly Lane (1999). All are in good condition (with a bit of dust) and come with their lights.

recliner lift chair needs repair (Reisterstown, MD 21136)
Comfortable faux leather recliner chair with remote control . Needs new motor and part that supports the foot rest is broken. Although the manufacturer no longer has these parts they can be found on line. If you want this to just sit in or can repair it you can have it. The outside is in perfect condition. Betadrive Okin motor 9.25.000.169.30 model D-51645. The outside of the chair are in perfect condition. Pick up in Reisterstown, MD. Original cost was $1000 so it may be worth fixing if you are handy. brand is Best Chair Inc. must pick up before Sept 29 or it is going out with bulk trash. Large faux leather recliner lift chair. Parts are no longer available from the manufacturer but you can find them on line. The brand is Best Chair. This chair has always been used with a cover. No rips stains marks or anything. someone who welds may be able to fix the footrest bar and salvage a motor from another chair or buy a new motor for about $99.
