Has anyone got any of the following to gift, please? 1) Plastic bags or plastic sheets from newly delivered mattresses, sofas, and indeed any plastic wrappings or covers from items that you have newly bought 2) Plastic charity bags of the kind that collection agencies put through the door for doorstep collections, e.g. Air Ambulance, Clothes Aid, etc etc 3) Plastic shopping bags from Supermarkets, e.g. Iceland, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, etc 4) CLEAR plastic bags from newly purchased electricals and other items 5) Clean plastic wrappers from Bread bought at the supermarket - for packing smaller items 6) Clean soft plastic wrappers from Cauliflower, Bananas, Apples and other fruit bought at the supermarket Instead of sending all these plastic bags to landfill, where they will take millennia to decompose completely, all the while emitting methane and other harmful substances which our great-grand-children will be inhaling, please do consider saving these items for us and giving them to us periodically, so we can put them to very good use and save the planet at the same time! We are always in need of the above in order to pack donated items before sending them on to our partner charities. Dear all, We have 2 elderly clients in the community (in 2 different residences) in dire need of Sky remote control devices. Both can only afford Sky because their adult children are paying the subscription fees for them. Despite our clients repeatedly contacting Sky and asking them to send replacement remotes as the old remotes aren't working, Sky has failed to do so. If any 2 people here have working Sky remotes that they no longer need, our clients would be very grateful to receive them. Our charity website is here. Used, but definitely not worn out! We are replacing with curtains from another house! 7'6" long/230cm and as much as 13'6" wide, although pencil pleats mean they can be made to fit a rather narrower window if required. Mainly green, with peach stripes and patterns in one or two other greens and gold.

I have just dug up some mousetail bulblets out of the garden. These grow up to 15cms and have glossy arrow-shaped leaves. It has flowers in the spring that look like a mouse's tail. Enough for several people if interested.
