Most of the DVDs are PAL region 4, but most UK dvd players can play them automatically or by using a quick fix code (search the internet for the code for your DVD player model).

This was my mother's sewing machine and has been well used over the last 30 years! I have now been given a newer machine so am passing on my other two. Full disclosure...This machine has been recently serviced, but for some reason I could not get on with it after the service "fixed" it, and now I keep breaking my needles! I guess I got used to it's old quirky ways! You might need someone mechanically minded to have a look at it if the same happens to you!
