HEPA filter, works well (Pepperell MA)
This is a small Kenmore Hepa 100 air filter with an optional “ionizer” function in good working order. Needs a little cleanup from sitting in storage. Filters in this unit’s size are out there online. The ones in this one may have some life left to them or you could vacuum them. (Advice: the on/off rocker switch is for the ionizer, the unit powers on/changes speed with the dial control.) Please advise when you can pick up.

Traditional futon in good condition (Ayer)
Full size traditional futon (kapok or cotton) with good loft. No internal plastic or springs. Started life as a couch and occasional guest bed, in the cover shown (bronze discoloration on the back from a sunny window). I got it second-hand from a clean house, with no odors and a few stains on the inner cover, and put it directly into allergy and water proof covers, and used it as an occasional guest bed for 12 years. It's living inside, and will move back outside for pickup.
