Hi, would anyone have a ladies bike they no longer use? I used to love cycling, but gave up after a nasty accident and after a hip replacement I'm not 'allowed' to run but I'm told cycling is good for me, I'm still a tad nervous, but willing to try again, hence this request. Not great on roads so if it's one that could handle light trails or roads even better! I'm 5'6" if that helps, thank you!

Please feel free to come and take some away, you will need wellies and gloves, it's very slimy and still has some water in, please bring whatever container you might need to transport them in.
