FREE 40 year-old, 5 piece, cream sectional sofa with ottoman. Went through 2 children, 2 cats, and 2 dogs, and is still in great condition–lots of stains and some dog chewing damage on the bottom center section. It will need a complete reupholster/refoam replacement job, but it’s a really comfy sofa with solid craftsmenship. Must load and haul yourself.

Warning: cat’s second favorite place to be. Black fuf, used but not abused. Could probably use a surface cleaning. My favorite place to sit, meditate, and read. But I’m out of room in my apartment. REALLY large. Last person realized it would never fit in their apartment. Need SUV or truck to transport and at least 2 people to carry. Delivery possible, but not promised 😘.

Silver Reed Electric Typewriter (Midtown Palo Alto)
Silver-Reed model 223 electric typewriter, currently NOT WORKING. This was my mom's, last used likely 1992-ish. I plugged it in to test and the motor spins, but the gears are stuck (likely a result of dried oil). It should be serviced by someone with experience. It's not something you can just plug in and expect to use. Comes with 4 extra ribbons, 1 correction ribbon, cover, and the installed type ball is 10 pt. Delegate. There's also an old Xerox of the manual. I don't want to see this gorgeous Japanese engineering go to scrap, so please describe in your reply how you intend to get it serviced.
