this comfy vintage arm chair was made at a time when quality was still king. the fabric is worn (thx cat) but there is still so much life left in this chair and ottoman set. Perfect for anyone who wishes to recover with fresh new fabric. it’s such a cozy reading chair, when you just want to put your feet up with a good book. we are moving and i can’t take it with. fabric is a cotton velour corduroy, but needs some tlc. pick up near coxwell and dundas

No furniture, no clothing and no jewelry but just about everything else. Many books, magazines, clean paper, tape, stamps, few tools, envelopes, phones, wire, nails, a few plants, picture frames, prints, toys, mugs, vases, wiring, window caulk, etc, etc, etc. Remember - 70 boxes of stuff!!! Also as much lumber as I am able to put out.
