Navy Loveseat (U Street Corridor)
Comfy loveseat. It’s definitely old and has flaws, but has some potential with a slipcover or something. We just put a blanket over the arm that was messed up and it looked fine. I washed the covers and steam cleaned the rest of it a few months ago. Really need this gone by the 28th!

54” diameter. Solid but in fair condition as laminate is chipped on edge. Looks great with table cloth. This table is heavy. Disassembled for transport. Easily reassembled with 4 bolts (included) and Phillips head screw driver.

Green Upholstered Chair (U Street Corridor)
Green upholstered armchair. Definitely has some flaws, which you can see in the photos, but the fabric is beautiful and most of the problem areas are on the back/sides. I kept the chair in a corner and those areas were not visible. It was steam cleaned a few months ago. Free, just need it gone by 6/28.

It’s missing the button / plastic that allows you to adjust the recline of the seat but everything else works. If you have another seat frame that’s broken in other ways, you may be able to switch the missing part but can also use as is.
