7'9" Pull-Out Sofa Bed (Englewood)
Very clean, comfortable, and cozy! Upholstered in microsuede and in excellent condition. Works great as both a couch and a pull-out sleeper. Please note: The sleeper mattress is missing and will need to be replaced. A flexible full-size mattress works well. Even if you don't plan to use it as a bed, you'll want to replace the mattress because it supports the seat cushions. Without it, the cushions sink down. The only cosmetic flaw is one small sewn repair (see close-up photo). Dimensions: 7'9" long × 3'9" deep. From a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. It has been kept very clean, and there is no noticeable pet hair on it. Pickup only. You'll need at least two people and a truck or trailer—it is heavy. Pickup at an apartment building in North Englewood.

This was the high chair for all three of my babies and it still works great. It's just been sitting on the porch for a couple months so it needs to be washed. The fabric is easy to remove and put in the washing machine and the rest of it just needs to be power washed.

Blue Leather Couch (no legs) (NoBo)
Height: Front height - 20", Back height - 27.5" Height from floor to top of cushions: 15" Width: Front - 62", Back - 60" Depth: 36" It's time to gift the beloved blue couch to the next recipient! My adult kiddo has flown the nest and now the blue leather couch that was gifted to her when she was a much younger kiddo and is now ready to be gifted to someone else. I've wiped down the outside as well as under seat cushions, which are removable and were manufactured with a velcro strip to secure them. The cushions also have zippers on the back, so my guess is that they are removable and even able to be restuffed if need be -- they don't need that at this point. They're still very solid, not sagging, and still have lots of life in them. The leather is in great shape overall. The leather on one of the armrests is worn with fine cracking on the surface (see pics). The couch also has no legs and sits right on the floor, which is why it's particularly good for kids (or outdoors at a frat house?) Or maybe there is a leatherworker out there who would like to use this beautiful blue leather and transform the couch into another leather creation. It will be a little sad to see it go. It's a lovely dark blue color and has been in the game room for just over 15 years now. Got a mild case of empty-nest syndrome for sure now that my only has moved out, so parting with the nostalgic items is particularly challenging. Maybe you have a kiddo who would love this couch like mine did. Maybe you would also like the big huge stuffed bear and/or the bright orange curtain behind it. All are up for grabs. Just a note that I have had surgery to my wrist and would not be able to assist with lifting and moving the couch. It may require 2 people and/or a dolly to move it.

Clean blender. Recently bought a new blender and don't need this one anymore. Motor runs great - no issues at all. All buttons function - old, but runs like new. Sometimes the bottom slightly leaks, sometimes not. I think it's a gasket issue that can be replaced. Free to the taking.
