'Kettle' lead - for a hot item, not a computer 'IEC' lead... (Hollingbury BN1)
Hi all I am after a main lead with a connector which is usually called a 'kettle' lead - ie. for plugging into a kettle. A very similar connector is often used for computer equipment; but these are strictly speaking 'IEC' leads and are slightly different (the true 'kettle' leads have a notch on one side, as in the photo). If anyone has one of these from an old kettle, hotplate or other item I'd be grateful. I live in Hollingbury, can collect locally. Thanks, Jon N

Moving house soon? Don’t buy new boxes & wrapping stuff! Here are loads of them that have just done a brilliant house-move job. All the boxes are sturdy, and many have handle-holes at the sides for easier lifting. More to come as unpacking progresses. The ready constructed box in the photo with its little friend beside it, is full of bubble wrap etc. Collection from Ashenground Road area in Haywards Heath or from the new Ockley Park estate in Hassocks. A contact number would probably help with collection arrangements, please.
