Leather 2 Seater Sofa_Dark Chocolate-Brown (Chalfont Common SL9)
good condition, used Leather sofa that seats 2 or perhaps 3 people. 189cm long (wide) ; 73cm heightA (floor to arms) ; 87cm heightB (floor to top of back cushions; i.e. total height) ; depth 85cm (front to back). The colour is a quality rich dark chocolate brown. The whole thing is in very reasonable condition but obviously used with very minor blemishes, but no tears, or no noticeable marks. It looks good. One cushions possibly sinks lower than the other, hardly noticeable. Legs unscrew if required for transit. Collection only. Please bring a suitable vehicle for pickup, and a friend to help carry the sofa etc.

Lindam folding safety gate/barrier (Gerrards Cross SL9)
Folding safety barrier/gate by Lindam, excellent condition with carrying bag. Excellent for holidays with toddlers, or dogs. Height approx 30 inches/33cm Minimum width approx 25 inches/24 cm Maximum width approx 37 inches/ 93 cm Please note that the gate cannot be opened whilst installed, you need to remove the gate, and then reinstall, which takes two hands. Best for doorways and the bottom of staircases. Please take care.... To alter the width, there is a press down catch in the middle of each of the horizontal bars (under the fabric). Press this down and then extend, or shorten the top and bottom horizontal bar as needed. To fold, extend to full width, twist into triangle, as in photo, and then fold. Striking black glass traditional photo frame with velour back and stand (not suitable for hanging). Overall size is 25cm wide, 20 cm high, suitable for 12 x 17 cm (5 x 7”) photo. Used for many years and has one tiny scratch and a mark on front, a bit shabby on back as shown in photo, but the stand is fine.
