Dark Green Leather Armchair. (Southport PR8)
This was part of what was, in its day, a very expensive three-piece suite. The three-seater couch and the other armchair are quite worn, but this chair was only sat in occasionally, so has survived in very good condition. Dark green leather and wood construction and still very serviceable. Approximate MAXIMUM dimensions are: 98cm high x 98cm wide x 95cm deep. Collection preferred ASAP, Southbank Road area. Two people needed to lift, I can be one of them!

White, Medium Sized face Mirror (Liverpool L6)
White circle, face mirror it’s the type you can only see your head and shoulders in, it’s in , purchased from Asda for a bathroom, reasonable good condition used, but looks fine no damage to the glass or frame, not really used, much at all, but it’s old now, and the white plastic frame has faded a bit, and is no longer bright white anymore just needs a clean up and will still be able to get a lot of use out of it, ideal for a child’s bedroom, or for using above a bathroom sink, as it’s the perfect size for that kind of placement, it comes with a moulded hanging placement on the back of the mirror frame, it’s built into the plastic frame of the mirror. Collect any time and any day that suits you. From outside the front door or inside the Black door Bin Cuboard it’s near the fron door. Work Man’s Level tool- it’s Yellow coloured, it long, it’s heavy, it’s used to check the straightness, Level of a surface such as when your putting up a shelf, and you hold the Level along the edge of the shelf to check it’s sitting at a Flat straight Level of Line, any way, I used this to put up my Wooden Bathroom Shelving, it was helpful, but it’s a bit too long for me, so I’m getting rid of it, I’ve got a new smaller one now, that Is much better for me, and it’s lighter to hold, so I’m offering this one to anyone who can use it, as it’s still very useful, and it’s in good working order, without any damage at all. I think this maybe a builders Type Level, because it has more than one on the frame, and it seems to determine different use outcomes. This is suitable work Tool for Builders, Carpenters, Joiners, Handyman work, and anyone who puts fixes wall shelves up on to structures, or puts up fences. Collection is at a time and a day that suits you anytime and any day, from outside the front door so you won’t need to knock at all. please let me know first so I can place your item ready for the collection.
