Vintage compact Zender upright (c.1970s). Some keys are temperamental and it’s near the end of its life so best for parts, restoration or prop use (though it still sounds lovely!) We’re on the 10th floor but there’s a large lift and the piano is on wheels.

That either needs repairing to reattach one wheel (the wood split due to overloading with too much weight), or it would be stable to use without any of the wheels, as a static storage cupboard.
