This is designed to be worn in the shower to stop a dressing on the foot or lower leg getting wet. I have carefully cleaned it with antibacterial wipes. Could also be worn on the hand too but I don't think it would be big enough to go over a cast. The hoop part is about 15cm/6“ wide.
