Has all parts -- manuals, remote, stand, and screws for stand. I also have a similar size Samsung from late 2008 in a different post. Priority to those who can pick up sooner.

Has almost all parts -- manuals, remote, stand, cover if you remove the stand and wall mount. Do NOT have screws to secure stand to TV but I am sure you can find them online. I also have a similar size RCA from 2014 in a different post. Priority to those who can pick up sooner.
