7'9" Pull-Out Sofa Bed (Englewood)
Very clean, comfortable, and cozy! Upholstered in microsuede and in excellent condition. Works great as both a couch and a pull-out sleeper. Please note: The sleeper mattress is missing and will need to be replaced. A flexible full-size mattress works well. Even if you don't plan to use it as a bed, you'll want to replace the mattress because it supports the seat cushions. Without it, the cushions sink down. The only cosmetic flaw is one small sewn repair (see close-up photo). Dimensions: 7'9" long × 3'9" deep. From a smoke-free, pet-friendly home. It has been kept very clean, and there is no noticeable pet hair on it. Pickup only. You'll need at least two people and a truck or trailer—it is heavy. Pickup at an apartment building in North Englewood.

26” Tv and Roku 3 set up (South Fort Collins)
RCA tv, Roku 3, and rechargeable Roku remote that has headphone plug in. All in working order. Just upgraded and want to give to someone who doesn’t have a set up. All cords included. Tv measures approx 26” x 16” Tv base is 13.5” x 7” Maybe this is normal when using a Roku, but wanted to note that the tv remote won’t turn on the tv while the roku is plugged in. The roku remote turns on both tv and roku. Everything else works on the tv remote and it has fresh batteries. I basically never even touched the tv remote. The roku remote does it all.

Hi! I get joy out of making little bouquets of flowers from our garden. Right now there are a lots things growing and I had a thought. Do you know of a neighbor that is having a hard time or just in need of a little boost? I was thinking of making a few little ones and just dropping them off at some houses that need a little extra kindness. IF you have someone in mind OR you are in need of some flowers- send me a message and let me know, if you feel comfortable, I’ll need to know where the person lives and I can anonymously drop a tiny bouquet off with a note - “someone thought you would enjoy these” I live in north Longmont so hoping to keep it in town but sometimes I go to Boulder so I can always keep it in mind for down the road.
