There’s a purple mark on the top, and it’s missing two drawer pulls, and has a slight bow, but otherwise in good condition. Comes with the black hairpin legs we added.

Springtime flowers full size umbrella in great condition. A bit faded but the colors are lovely. I don't use this size anymore. It was bought at Nordstroms or Macy's when I moved to Seattle after loosing the one I'd brought with me. From a no pets, no smoke home.

Countertop, vent (Ravenna)
The countertop is 25.5 X 48.25", formica (I assume) over particle board. The formica is peeling off on one end. The vent has never been used, but has some aesthetic (not structural) issues. It has a metal flap. The hole in the back is about 4.25" in diameter.

An 8-page section of the Oregonian newspaper from 1985. Interesting grocery prices... margarine for 29 cents, 5 avocados for 99 cents... NO TEXTS! Communicate via Trashnothing. Easy porch pickup, but please give me a confirmed pickup day & time as I have a locked fence and will need to unlock it for you. I give negative feedback to no-shows.

Working Gas 4-Burner grill (Wallingford (Good Shepherd))
This Char-Broil grill is a lovely seasonal addition, neither brand new nor used-up. All burners worked when I last used in early March. Partial tank of gas, calibrated thermometer reports temperature under hood. The side burner is unused. The grills under the hood will look better with a serious cleaning, so some elbow-grease application for best aesthetics. It'll call for two people to move it to your transportation...not so much the weight as the 9 stairs. Worth the effort.

Patio table, metal. Seats 4 adults comfortably. Sturdy but not heavy. I can also bundle three patio chairs if you want 'em. A pair of them were two of the four that came bundled with table. The third chair is different but stylistic cousin.

There are three (3) Furnace filters, 18" x 25" x 1" I bought them a few summers back to improvise an air cleaner to mitigate ash-laden air from fires, but then the fire season crud didn't come out way, so never used. Will filter as though they were new out of the package. Easy porch pick-up.

Wi-fi Networked Scanner (Wallingford (Good Shepherd))
This Epson Workforce 3640 *was* a four-way device. It works as a splendid document scanner and as a fax machine. The print and copy functions no longer work. I've been using it as a networked document scanner. The bundled software is easy to master for basic tasks, but it also has a lot of advanced features for people who want a lot of control of their imaging. One cannot use this as a printer or as a copier any more.

Cream accent chair with tufted back and dark wooden legs. Used, with some wear, but still super cute! Has light staining on the seat and front upper back. Overall height approx. 39 inches; seat height about 18 inches. Comes from a house with a dog. Pick up in Capitol Hill, near Pine and Broadway.
