Leather sofa and 2 Armchairs (Camberwell se5) Leather sofa has a heavy solid wood frame the leather is in hood condition no rips or marks needs a bit of Tlc on one side padding as pictured very good thick leather will last years still very comfortable .The two arm chairs are originally from an airport first class lounge both very large no rips or holes a couple of small marks but nothing that can be polished solid wood ,again with a little tlc will last years needs to be collected asap

Houttuynia (Morden SM4) Very easy to grow with white flowers.That would be ground cover . Very vigorous, no special requirements. Easy peasy. Approximately 9-12" great time to plant now. No special requirements will pretty much grow anywhere.

Pac-Man and Ghost racers (London, SE3) Remote control racers. The Ghost works. For Pac-Man, the remote lights up and the noise works but I can't get Pac-man to move.

Smeg oven (Epsom KT18) Two years old - was a second. It works fine although will need someone to look at glass as internal piece is loose. Just not got time to fix. Brand new seal.

See photo for other measurements. Units come with doors, hinges or door plates, kickers and side panels. I believe that its Wickes Ohio, but not 100% certain. Units are made up, you will need to a van to collect

IKEA Karsten office chair (Purley CR8) Ikea Karsten Office chair, fully functional, height adjustable, wheels easily, back tilts on an adjustable spring. Given to us from Freegle some months ago but unfortunately too large for the space it had to go in. Does not dismantle. .

Office Chair (Croham CR2) Comfortable office chair with back support. It still swivels and the arms lift up. However the base seems to have cracked so the middle has dropped slightly and no longer goes up or down. As the middle has dropped to the floor it no longer wheels properly if any weight is on the chair.

Sparkly purple beads (Lewisham SE3) Was a bracelet that broke. Really lovely purple colour (more vibrant colour than in the photo). A good arts and craft project.
