Top is 40.5” x 19” and 34.75” high. Medium weight and sturdy-ish construction. Could use TLC as veneer on side edges is slightly separated, handle on drawer is missing, and one leg/panel should be glued together.

No rips/tears, fiberglass poles are in good condition. Tent is self-standing as shown in pictures. Would need some tent stakes to anchor it to the ground. Bag photo is complete tent packed away.
