The 3000K warm white option no longer works; other options are 4000K (bright white) and 5000K (daylight). There is a piece missing from the glass shade but this is not visible when attached to the mounting plate; see pics 2 and 3 Includes all the mounting hardware (new in bag; we reused the old hardware) and packed in a new box from the replacement purchase of the same light. Pick up only.
