This is a cat hammock/window perch. Advertised for up to 40 pound pet but it holds more like in the 10 pound range. Attached is photo that explains how to attach the suction cups to the window. It's essentially new - no cat hair from previous pet use.

Need a stand for hanging an IV bag, with or without wheels. Also would be helpful to have a small hanging scale/fishing scale that would work with a 2-lb bag. And if anyone also happens to have an EZ IV band (for pets) that would be amazing!
