My partner and myself bought a fixer upper a couple years ago with the intent to fix as we lived in our home. We have gotten a lot done but the bathroom and roof are killing us. Our delta valve is broken so we can only use water via shut off valve. There are small but significant holes that need patched in our roof, and are raising her two youngest siblings 11 & 14 year old girls. Our situation is tough but we make do, however assistance in these fixes would be such a blessing. We are also in desperate need of a washer and dryer set. Not picky as long as it works.
