52 inch screen, works great, in excellent condition, I'm downsizing and don't need 2. Will take 2 people to pack down the 4 stairs from my house because it is heavy. The stand goes with it, also the operating instruction manual and the remote.

Christmas tree, artificial, 7' (North End)
We have a 7-foot artificial tree, Douglas Fir (green needles) with stand. It has been used carefully for many years, but has lost needles over the years and is not as bushy as when new. The light strings have been removed because they all burned out. We no longer use the tree, and hate to put it in the trash.

Well built brown leather sofa that has been well loved, but still has a lot of life left. There is one wine stain on a seat cushion, but no tears or rips. Comes from a non-smoking, no pet home. Bring the Braun to move, as this is a heavy well built sofa. Measurements are approximate. Length: 92” Height (back): 36” Width: 40”.
