This is a rattan piece but I am not sure what it should be used for. There is no bottom so it’s not a basket. It looks like a lamp shade but it doesn’t have a frame I found out on the internet it could be a sleeve to cover a plant pot. So it’s up to you what you want to use it for. I've got: Philips Respironics Dreamwear full face mask, size M, unopened (they sent me the wrong kind and didn't want it back); two Fisher & Paykel humidifier water chambers (one is good for the HC200, one is for the HC100 and 150); and two unopened tubes of CPAP Balm (a skin soother and protectant).
